This UK Rural Skills (UKRS) training course aims to give trainees knowledge and understanding in social media and online etiquette and allows trainees to view realistic scenes and be tested on their knowledge retention.
Over the last 30 years, the digital revolution has dramatically changed the way we communicate and share information. These changes have also brought with them a whole new set of risks associated with online privacy and security.
Social Media, Email & Online Etiquette is designed to guide personnel at all levels in maintaining an appropriate and professional approach to using a range of communication technologies at work.

ASSESSMENT: E-learning interactive questions and end test
CERTIFICATION: Upon successful completion of the course trainees will be issued with a UKRS certificate which will be valid for 5 years
